Klamer, Brenda Brenda Klamer of Allegan, MI passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, with her family by her side. Brenda was born September 25, 1950 in Zeeland, MI, the daughter of Maynard and Dorothy Klamer. She was preceded in death by her father, Maynard; her brothers, Donald and Scott. Brenda worked most of her life with her brothers at Michigan Egg Exchange but could be found every Saturday in the summer at the Farmer’s Market. The highlight of Brenda’s life was being “Gram” to Noah. She also loved to garden and entertain friends and family at her home. Surviving are her daughter, Sonnelle Klamer of Schaumburg, IL and her beloved grandson, Noah. Also, surviving are her mother, Dorothy of Hudsonville; brothers, Lee (Linda) Klamer of Hudsonville, Glenn (Laurie) Klamer of Martin, Tim (Wilma) Klamer of Byron Center; her sister, Stacey Warners of Jenison; sisters-in-law, Sue Klamer of Hudsonville, Alice Klamer of Ontario, Canada; along with many nieces and nephews. Brenda has given the gift of life through organ donation. Funeral services will be held on Sunday 1 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. with Pastor Bob Bolt officiating. Interment Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 3-7 pm at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Gift of Life.
