Betty Mae Sperlik

Betty Mae Sperlik, age 85, of Wayland, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 8, 2020.  Betty was an excellent cook, loved to play bingo, and she collected many angels.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; son, David Russell; sisters and brother: Jean Hilliker, Shirley Sief, Ruth Ouzts, Ron Kosten.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Marty Berciunas, Judy Anderson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Joyce and Wayne Stoffer; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Rev. John Vallier officiating. The service will be live streamed at www.mkdfuneralhome.com (click on “Join Live Stream” on the bottom of the home page). Burial at St. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery.  A private family visitation will be held at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to American Cancer Society.
