Bernard James Ruis

Bernard James Ruis, age 87, of Wyoming, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018 and went to be with his Lord and Savior. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Ruis; son, Thomas Ruis; parents, John and Jeannie Ruis; sister, Jean Bush; and brother, Adrian Ruis.  He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Gary Ruis, Richard and Kim Ruis, and Jim Ruis; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and sister, Greta Elam. Bernie was a charter member at Newhall Community Church in Wyoming. He also lived at Vista Springs Assisted Living in Wyoming.   Bernie proudly served our country as a member of the United States Air Force during the Korean War. According to Bernie’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Interment Pine Hill Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.
