Bernard D. Geurink

Bernard Dale Geurink, age 87, of Zeeland, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, August 22, 2020.  He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 66 years, Marlene Geurink; children, Bev and Craig Such, Mike and Jilaine Geurink, Bryan and Tammy Geurink; grandchildren, Jamie and Jim Gugle, Collin and Amanda Such, Brandon and Ally Geurink, Heather and Jon Konieczny; great-grandchildren, Anna Grace, Lauren Elizabeth, Baby Girl Geurink due any day now, and Baby Such due December 22; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Fred and Dorothy Langeland; and many extended family and friends.  Bernie loved his children and grandchildren and especially his great-granddaughters, Anna and Lauren…just the mention of their names brought so much joy to his life.  He was so excited to add two more “greats” to the family.  Bernie retired as a millwright for Keeler Brass and he faithfully served in the Army National Guard.  A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Allendale Township Cemetery.
