Bart Stephen Bresciano, age 60, of Kentwood, passed away on his birthday to receive his greatest present to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

Bart was a dedicated member of the community, well known as the owner of the Culver’s locations at 84th Street and 54th Street. Beyond his professional life, he was a passionate Green Bay Packers fan and was often referred to as a "DeWalt special fix-it man" for his talent in repairing things. Most importantly, he truly had a heart of gold and found great joy in helping and serving others.  Bart had a great sense of humor and loud, boisterous laugh.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and LaVonne “Bonnie” Bresciano; sister, Peggie Olander.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Patty of 31 years; children and grandchildren, Andrew and Erin B (Asher), Trever B (Avery); sisters, Terrie and Dick Foster, Cathie and Ron Pankowski, Sandie and Mike Jacob, Carolyn and Peter Haman; brother-in-law, Mike Olander; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Friday, May 29 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood, with Rev. Peter Vu officiating.  Burial will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be directed to the Ocular and Uveal Melanoma Research (ocularmelanoma.org).
