Barbara Voshel

Barbara Jean Voshel, age 95, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 25, 2024. She will be lovingly remembered by her nephews, Rowland S. Voshel and Mark J. Voshel; great niece, Kayla Martin; sister-in-law, Mildred Voshel-Delly; many cousins; and step-nieces and step-nephews. Barb was preceded in death by her brother, C. Don Voshel, and niece, Yvonne D. Martin. She was a longtime member of LaGrave Ave CRC, where she loved to sing in the choir and was a member of their historical society. Barb loved history and worked at the Grand Rapids Public Museum. She thoroughly enjoyed being in nature and had a passion for classical music. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at LaGrave Avenue Christian Reformed Church, 107 LaGrave Ave., Grand Rapids, with Pastor Chad Boorsma officiating. Burial will take place at Lake Forest Cemetery in Grand Haven, MI. Relatives and friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the start of the service at church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to LaGrave Ave CRC.
