Annette M. Hoenisch

Annette Marie Hoenisch, age 55, of Grand Rapids, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, March 12, 2018.  She was preceded in death by her father, Herman Scholtens.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 34 years, Robert Hoenisch; children Margaret Joy, David Joshua (fiancée, Lisa), Jonathan Andrew, Joseph Samuel; mother, Geraldine Scholtens; brothers, Mark (Julia) Scholtens, Duane (Melissa) Scholtens, Kenneth (Barbara) Scholtens; nieces and nephews, Andrew, Phillip, Paige, Peighton, Lainey, Colter, Kyle, Elizabeth and Emma.  Annette was very creative and loved to sew and cook.  She loved her family dearly and was a helper and provided support to anyone who needed it.  Annette was very active in her church as a Sunday School teacher, making the costumes for the Christmas and Easter programs and cooking meals for the many needs of the church.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Byron Center Bible Church, 8855 Byron Center Ave SW, Byron Center, with Rev. Dr. Rich McCarrell, Pastor Travis Huseby, Pastor Ken McGee and Pastor Mike McClish officiating.  Interment Allendale Township Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Thursday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
