Andrew S. Behro

Andrew S. Behro, age 92, of Big Rapids, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Bea and his son, Brent.  He will be greatly missed by his children:  Andy (Marty) Behro, Daryl Behro, Ken Behro; grandchildren:  Jodi (Tyler), David (Candi), Derek (Angel); great grandchildren; close friend, Linda Kryger.  Andy enjoyed gardening and working his farm in Big Rapids.  He proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII.  He retired from Georgia Pacific in 1985.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday 12 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, with Rev. Leonard Beck officiating.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family ­­­­Wednesday from ­­­11:00 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
