Alyvia Ann Elling

Alyvia Ann Elling, age 20, of Zeeland, beautiful daughter of Mark and Terri Elling, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 as a result of accidental injuries.  Alyvia was a loving daughter and sister with a determined spirit and a self-less heart who took joy in being there for others.  Her passion and her love for horses had limitless bounds and was evident to all who knew her.  She was preceded in death by her grandpa, Don Elling and her aunt, Brenda Elling.  She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters and brothers, Madalyn, Samuel, Joshua, Silas, and Karis Elling; grandparents, Bob and Wanda Miedema, Marge Elling and Norm Dykman; great grandmother, Beatrice Gryzen; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous dear friends.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday 11 am at Grace Community Church, 3500 New Holland, Hudsonville.  Interment Forest Grove Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 5-9 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW and on Saturday from 10-10:50 am at the church prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alyvia Elling Memorial Fund, c/o 5/3 Bank, 2855 Port Sheldon, Hudsonville, MI  49426.
