Aletha Gertrude Ruehs

RUEHS – Aletha Gertrude Ruehs, aged 100, originally of Caledonia, went to be with her Lord for eternity on Saturday, October 24, 2015. She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Mildred and Bill Standish. She is survived by her niece, Karlene Standish and Betty Baxter; nephews, Paul and Pat Standish, Ward Standish; great-nieces, Pamela Standish, Rebecca Standish, Wendy and Paul Harrington, Kari and David Troseth; great-great-nieces and nephews, Megan, Drew Harrington, Alyssa, Paul Plageman, Tommy Troseth. Aletha was a charter and long-time active member of Grace Lutheran Church. Funeral services for Aletha will be held Friday, October 30 at 11:00 at Grace Lutheran Church, 150 – 50^th St. SW with Rev. John Diener officiating. Interment in Holy Corners Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends at church on Friday from 9:30 am until the time of the service. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the Alzheimer’s Association or Grace Lutheran Church.
