Albertha “Bert” Bainbridge

Albertha “Bert” Bainbridge, age 91, of Grandville, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, May 25, 2017. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Bainbridge.  She will be lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Shirley and Ray Peuler; and several nieces and nephews.  Bert retired from General Motors.  The family would like to thank the workers and aides from American House and Great Lakes Caring Hospice for their care and support.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW with Rev. Don Van Slyke officiating.  Interment Grandville Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 1:00-1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
