Elaine Ruth Stowe

Elaine Ruth Stowe, age 85, of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord on Friday, January 4, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwin; sons, Danny, Ronald and Timothy; grandson, Mikey Stowe; brothers, Duane and Gary; sister, JoAnn: sisters-in-law, Lilly and Sandy.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Michael and Nancy Stowe, Roy and Lynn Stowe, John and Valerie Stowe, Rosemary and Tom Young, Susan and James Aguilar, Matthew and Laura Stowe; daughter-in-law, Vernena Stowe;  grandchildren: Tina, Ron, Amy, Angie, Ginger, Troy, John, Joe, Jake, Shelby, Jennifer, Steve, Dan, Wesley, Sami, Maria, Elaina, Nathan, Kalani; many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and even great great great grandchildren; brothers, Larry Chard and Richard Chard; many nieces and nephews. Elaine loved music and she enjoyed playing the organ and singing in the choir at church.  She also loved spending time with her family, using her iPad, and crocheting.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Rev. Ryan Quanstrom officiating.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Clyde Park Church of the Nazarene.
