At Central HS I was always drawn to Bill and his sense of humor. Been away from GR for many yearS, but I've always had good memories of Bill. Best to all his friends and family

So sorry to hear about Bill’s passing. Way too soon. Can’t even believe all the great times we had running the streets from Houseman Field to KewPee’s downtown. Many good times. My prayers to you all.

My deepest condolences to the Stoepker family. Growing up next door to the Stoepker’s, my family and theirs were close...carpooling to school, playing everyday and a lot of parent to kid conversations (I was that annoying little neighbor girl). Bill was always funny. He was so witty, a comeback for everything. I have so many great memories growing up on Arianna Street with the Stoepker’s. May Bill Rest In Peace.

Prayers to all the family. I remember Bill so fondly, my childhood wouldn’t have been as funny without him in it!! Sorry I won’t be able to make the service, but my thoughts will be there with you all.
