Patti Lynn Syswerda

Patti Lynn Syswerda, age 72, of Wyoming, passed away peacefully  on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; brother-in-law, Chuck Swanson. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Johnny and Sue Syswerda, Tom and Laura Syswerda; grandchildren: John, Josh, Addy, Connor, Owen; sister, Megan and David Hache; sisters-in-law, Joyce Swanson, Shirley and Gary Groenveld, Pat Goeman; many nieces and nephews; and her dog Toby. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25 at 2 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Interment Grandville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 12-2 pm at the funeral home.
