Nikki Jo Henry

Nikki Jo Henry, age 35, of the Grand Rapids area, passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Anita Kamps and her grandfather, Howard Kamps. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 12 years, Mitch Henry; children, Nicholas and Lucas Henry; mother, Gail Kamps; father, David Kamps; grandmother, Joanne Kamps; mother-in-law and father-in-law, John and Ruth Henry; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jason and Liz Henry; siblings, Stephanie French, Rebecca Titchenell, Chris Titchenell; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Nikki loved her friends and family dearly; she fought a long and difficult battle and is now at peace. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. A time of sharing and remembrance will be held on Tuesday at 8 p.m. immediately following the visitation

I can't believe you are gone, and it has been so long since i have seen you. I have thought about you nearly everyday, and will never cease to feel how much you are woven into the fibers of who i am. You had such a silly sense of humor, and the most sensitive, caring, bleeding heart. You had such beautiful passion for the simple things that made you happy, and that is what i will miss most about you. I love you, butterfly. My heart is in pieces.
