Dear Faith- You and your family are very much in our thoughts and prayers in Larry's passing. I am recalling in this day of his funeral the many holidays the Mast family shared with Aunt Marie and Uncle Marv, Carol, Larry and Rick. May God hold you close in these difficult days. My sincere condolences to Larry's family. I knew this fine man when I retired in 1990 as his barber shop was close to where we lived. I remember he had a sign that said "friendly service." How true that was! He was always the professional barber and he knew how I liked my hair cut - can't find a barber to cut it the way I like it since he retired. Larry was always a gentleman. As time moved along in he and I would talk about any number of things - one thing I recall was that he remembered cutting my father's hair (my father was then living in Mecosta but had come to Grandville for a short visit). I was impressed that he would remember a one-time visit such as my dad's (that visit would have been in 1991). My very best wishes to the family of this fine man. God give them peace as they recall and enjoy the many life experiences with Larry.
