Clazina E. (DeBruin) Aardema, age 91, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 9, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence (Slim), in 2005. Surviving are her children, Sue and Will Haveman, Dennis and Sharon Aardema, Sheryl and Randy Ruiter; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jennifer and Mike Moelker (Joshua, Caleb, Aliesa, Matt), Nicole and Mike Ball (Evan, Carter), Derek and Nicole Haveman (Weston, Malachi, Monroe), Heather and Jeremiah Little (Owen, Kennedy, Emerson), Mike Ruiter (Sophia), Brandon Ruiter, and Amy Aardema; sister, Gert Timmer; brother, John and Gracia DeBruin; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Leona Aardema, John and Wilvina Aardema. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2:00 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 5-8 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville), 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Camp Sunshine, Holland, MI.
