Allen VandenBosch

Allen VandenBosch, age 85, of Grandville, went to be with his Lord on Friday, December 6, 2019.  He proudly served his county in the U.S. Navy.  Al was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Josephine VandenBosch; parents-in-law, Peter and Margaret Tol; and brother-in-law, Peter Tol.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years, Pat VandenBosch; children and grandchildren, David and Shirley VandenBosch (Jacob, Amber), Karrie Arzamastsev (Jordan-Luke, Meshak, Codey, Taber, Trace), Beth and David Timmer (Heather, Jonathan and Samantha); great-grandson, Zachary; brother, Lee and Jan VandenBosch; sisters, Jean and Nelson Herrema, Amalie and Richard Fase; brothers-in-law, James Tol, Bill Tol; sister-in-law, Marilyn and Roger Groot; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at 11 a.m. at South Grandville Christian Reformed Church, 4130 Wilson Ave. SW, Grandville, with Rev. Dr. Daniel Mouw officiating.  Interment will be held at Grandville Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice or South Grandville CRC - Youth Group.
