Wayne George Farnham, age 85, of Wyoming went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 14, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nina; infant daughter, Carolyn Jo; and sisters, Marilyn Graber, Kathleen Farran, Melissa Powell. Wayne graduated from Lee High School, the class of 1951. After graduating, he joined the Army and proudly served his country. He was an insurance agent with AAA for 22 years. Wayne will be lovingly remembered by his children, Greg Farnham, Susan Carney; grandchildren, Alyssa, Scott, Ariel Farnham, Mark Thull, Jenna Thull, Lindsey and Jason Cisler, Alex Thull, Zachery Thull, Ryan Carney, Brenden Villanueva; two great grandchildren, Averie and Breslyn. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, January 18, 2019, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Wyoming), 4031 Clyde Park Avenue SW, with Pastor Dan Rachor officiating. Inurnment Washington Park Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday, January 17, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
