To Renee’s Family, Renee was a classmate of mine at CCHS -Class of “57”. She was a very fun person and we spent good times together. We triple dated going to the Winter Whirl Dance in our Senior year and had a wonderful evening. I will email a couple of pictures of her from the dance to MKD funeral home and hope that you get them. What fun we had. “Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord. and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed through the mercy of God, Rest In Peace. Amen

Your mom had the most beautiful smile! She was so compassionate and such a great listener. She was an amazing mentor to me when I was raising my babies next door to you all. She was always there to help me out. Her heart was full of love. She was so proud of all of you and her grandchildren. She was a wonderful person. I am sure you will all miss her dearly. Your mom and dad had the best time together, always laughing. My thoughts are with you Your former neighbor

I always loved it when Aunt Renee and Uncle Ken would come to any get together! They always had huge and I mean huge smiles on their faces. My Grandma, Gloria Peet would always say they were the closest she had to siblings. Many years ago I was on the pier in Grand Haven being proposed to and looked up to see them standing there smiling away! They just happened to be there on my special day. They loved to go to GH too and it was a very special memory that we got to share. I still have the wedding card they gave us with a beach scene on it. Now my parents have her Florida home and with that gives us such comfort to know Renee and Ken had such amazing memories there and now we can carry on that tradition. It brings me great peace to know she is now with so many family and friends in heaven...I’m pretty sure that’s what all these storms are about...this family knows how to throw a good party! God Bless you all! Amy and Dave
