Janice Elaine Heintzelman (Jannereth)

Janice Elaine Heintzelman (Jannereth), aged 72 of Wyoming, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, October 7, 2018. Jan was a loving mom and grandma who treasured her family and always put others before herself. Her children and grandchildren were her world. She retired from GM Fisher Body Plant after 30 years, establishing many friendships during her time there. Jan meticulously took care of her flower gardens in her yard, and enjoyed her pets. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Edna Jannereth; and her sisters, Ardith Jannereth and Connie Stocking. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Lucinda Ohl and her children, Drew, Collin, and Avery; Scott (Laura) Heintzelman and their children, Owen, and Emmet; her brother, Tom and Ann Jannereth; two nephews and a niece and their families; and many dear friends. A memorial service of celebration for Janice will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 1-2 pm prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Crash’s Landing or to Faith Hospice.

My condolences to the family for their loss. When I knew Jan as a sister in law I can remember how sweet she was. May peace be with you,

My family and I are so sad to hear of Jan's passing. She was one of the kindest, most generous people I've ever met. Of course she had to be to put up with Scott and I. So many memories of hanging out at her house. She was so nice to us. Jan will really be missed. Rest in peace Jan. The Koepke Family Jeff Lindsey Eva Tanner

Hi. I am one of the many cousins on the Adrianse side. My mom was Hazel. I have vague memories of Jan, only because there was quite an age gap. I am so sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers for your family.

I will always cherish the memories of going to the races, going to garage sales, going to Michigan's Adventure ( Deer Park), talking on the phone. You will be missed. Love you always
