Barbara K. Postma

Barbara K. Postma (nee Potter), age 76, of Wyoming, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Nathan Todd Postma; her brother, Marvin Potter; and her brothers-in-law, Ernest Austhof and Ray Prins. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 57 years, Harold; children, Janet Postma; Todd and Barb Postma; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Joshua and Jennye Postma (Dominik), Caitlin and Michael Brooks (Miles, Lucy), Matthew and Emily Friberg, Amanda and Tim Koenes (Logan), Sara Postma; brother, James and Gail Potter; sister, Gladys Austhof; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Norma Potter, Al and Joanne Postma, Jake and Lois Postma, Gert Prins, Theresa Postma; many loving nieces and nephews; and special friends, Carl and Lynette Visser. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Bethany United Reformed Church, 5401 Byron Center Ave. SW, Wyoming, with Rev. Casey Freswick officiating.  Interment will be held at Kent Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW and on Monday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
