VANDER WEIDE – June Vander Weide, aged 90 of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 8, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Vander Weide. She will be greatly missed by her step-children (grandchildren), John H. and Kathie Vander Weide Jr. (Ross and Marnie Vander Weide (great-grandson, Rowan)), Carol and Bill Voss (Marcus and Shelley Voss), Gary and Kathy Vander Weide (Brandon Vander Weide and fiancée, Tifanie Dallen, Darrin Vander Weide, Janelle Vander Weide); her brother, Albert and Evelyn Binford and their children; and her special friend, Joni VanderTill.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 pm at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Chapel (Kentwood), 4646 Kalamazoo SE with Pastor Peter TeWinkle officiating. Interment in Grandville Cemetery.  Members of the family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home Tuesday 5-7 pm. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to American Heart Association.
