I cannot find the words to express how extremely sorry I am for your loss. Victor's smile was such a wonderful way to start school each day. He brought happiness to our first hour, and he will be greatly missed. Your family is in my heart and prayers.

He is survived by his parents, Tuan Thanh Phan and Thanh Thuy Thi Tran; brothers and sisters, Teresa Tran, Jim Tran, Linda Tran, Brian Tran; grandparents; three aunts and three uncles.
