SIMON - Beverley J. Simon, aged 83, of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Dutton and Livonia, Michigan.  She was born in Michigan and lived there all her life until moving to Texas with her daughters after losing her best friend and husband of 57 years.  She went to be with her Lord on Friday, June 10, 2011. She is survived by her loving children, Linda M. Wright (Larry) of Fort Worth, Texas; Brenda K. Simon of Bedford, Texas; and, Albert E. Simon (Raelyn) of Lowell, Michigan; three grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, and Blake; one brother, Stewart C. Sweet (Marcia) of Middleville; one nephew and several nieces.  She was also a special grandma to the Valone children and grandchildren.  She is survived by pets too numerous to mention who kept her good company in the last few years.She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert E. Simon; her daughter, Priscilla A. Kipp; her grandson, Joshua J. Simon; her parents, William and Leone Sweet; and her brother, William H. Sweet.Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 8436 Kraft Ave., SE, Caledonia, Michigan.  Pastor Robert A. Gerke officiating.  Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Middleville.  The family will receive relatives and friends at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 616 E. Main St. SE, Caledonia, MI 49316 on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to the service at the church.  Memorial contributions can be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or a charity of one’s choice.
