Schuelke, Bob

Bob Schuelke, age 67, of Allendale, passed away peacefully and joyfully into the arms of his loving Lord on Friday, September 9, 2011.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Esther Schuelke; brothers and sisters, Bud, Alice, Ed, Ron, Al, and Nancy.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 18 years, Barb; children, Matt Schuelke, Heather Schuelke, Liz and Joel Skene; grandchildren, Kain, Raelyn, Eila; and his brother, Gus and Shirley Schuelke.  A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church (300 Cleveland Street E., Coopersville) with Pastor Joel Hoyer officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice or Grace Lutheran Church.   Relatives and friends may meet the family 2-4 and 7-9 pm Tuesday during the memorial visitation at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (corner of Avery and Scott) 6651 Scott St., Allendale.

Barb, We are so sorry to hear about Bob's passing as we just saw him Labor Day weekend at Laman's. He will be greatly missed. We send our sincere sympathy and prayers and are sorry that we will be unable to make it to the visitation or memorial service.
