Uncle Ralph & dear cousins, We know how hard it is to say "Goodby", but rejoice with you on the homegoing of your sweet wife and mom. She was a wonderful Aunt to me - candy in the cupboard, chinese checkers was our game, and always a smile and love for
everyone. We'll miss her, too. May God comfort your hearts.

ROTMAN: Surrounded by her family, Esther June Rotman, age 78, of Allendale, died peacefully on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 and went home to be with her Lord and Savior.
The daughter of Gerben and Betty Folkertsma, she is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ralph; children, Ernie and Melanie Rotman, Sharon and Mark Oesch, Beth and Bob Rosema, Rick and Inge Rotman, and Lori and Ron Burgtorf; grandchildren, Michael and Beki Rotman, Michelle and Brian tenHaaf, Randy Rotman, Daniel Rotman, Ray Oesch, and Stephanie Oesch; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Ellna Rotman, Francis Elzinga, Joe and Ruth Rotman, and Sidney Posthuma. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joan Posthuma; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jay Rotman, Harold and Eunice Rotman, Gene Elzinga and Alma Rotman; and daughter-in-law, Pam Rotman. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (corner of Avery and Scott) 6651 Scott St., Allendale with Rev. Timothy Howerzyl officiating. Interment Allendale Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to the charity of your choice.
