POTTER:  Betty (Ippel) Potter, age 96, our prayer warrior has gone to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 7, 2011.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay her son, Bob, and her brother Henry.  Those who will cherish her memory are her children,  Ronald (Doris) Potter of OH, Marsha Potter, Richard (Karen) Potter of FL, Helen (Robert) Lynema; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sister, Hennie Conroy of CA; brother, Robert Ippel of WI; dear to her heart nephew and nieces, Bruce and Judy Ippel, Bonnie Cowles; faithful friends Betsy and Ken Miedema and Geneva Jeluso.  Our family wants to thank all the staff at Sunset Manor for their loving care and compassion shown to Betty.  A celebration of Betty’s life will be held 11 am on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Zion Reformed Church, 4457 36^th St. S.W., with Pastor Rick VanderWall officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to Sunset Assoc. – Benevolent Fund.
