MOEDERZOON – Tyler James Moederzoon, aged 21 of Caledonia and Middleville passed away suddenly Monday, June 20, 2011. He is survived by his father, Eric Moederzoon and mother, Missy Moederzoon; brother, Aaron Moederzoon; grandparents, Fritz and Pamela Tape, John and Marge Moederzoon; uncles and aunts, Nils and Mary Moederzoon, Hans and Tammy Moederzoon, Tim and Christy Tape, Jerry and Melanie Corson, cousins, Deidrich and Cole Moederzoon, Greg and Patric Lewis, Chase Moederzoon, Darrin and Nicholas Tape; special friends of Missy, Anthony and Halaynea Shanahan. Members of the family will receive relatives and friends at the Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Chapel (Caledonia), 616 E. Main St. Thursday 6-9 pm. Funeral services for Tyler will be held Friday at 2:00 pm with a time of visiting from 1 pm until the time of service at the Caledonia High School Fine Arts Center, 9050 Kraft Ave. SE with Pastor Jim Roemke officiating. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Caledonia High School Soccer Program or Caledonia High School Special Education Fund for learning disability.
