You have our deepest sympathy for the passing of your dad. But what a comfort it is to know that he is now back with your mom after all these years. He was a very kind and gentle man and was a great neighbor. I have many fond memories of our childhood
as neighbors we had such fun together. You are in our thoughts and prayers

Uncle Len, I met you and your lovely children, my cousins, once. I was 12 year so old, yet I felt such a connection to the beautiful family you nurtured. What an honorable and genuine husband, father, and uncle. With love, Karen Harris (Pfeifer, Harry's
daughter in Tucson).

Uncle Len, You were clearly one of the good guys. Wishing your family love and peace during this time. (Harry Pfeifer's daughter in Pacific Grove, California)

When I was 16, I spent a summer in Michigan with a family for baton twirling practice. During this time away from home, I was lucky enough to meet my great Uncle Len. Leonard, his son Gary, and I had a nice lunch and I very much felt like I was with family.
Leonard had a very warm presence and even though he listened more than talked at lunch, I walked away feeling like I knew him well. You could just tell he was a good person through and through, very giving and kind. Talking with my mom Karen and my grandmother
Margret about Leonard and his life, I often thought about him and his family back east. I am so thankful I met him, even in an hour lunch he gave me support and kindness. I pray for and send love to him, his children, and grandchildren during this time.
