Lane Munsell, Desmon

MUNSELL – Desmon Lane Munsell, aged 39 of Grand Rapids went to be in the arms of Jesus on Thursday, January 19, 2012. She is survived by her children, Ashley T. Lane of Wilson, NC, Rayonda B. Baines of Grand Rapids, Malcolm S.D. Lane of Grand Rapids, Malik “Jashon” Lane of Wilson, NC; granddaughter, Zamariah R. Bynum; mother, Ada Lane; father, Charles; ex-husband, Richard M. Munsell; many brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Georgianna N. Lane; cousin, Khoian Lane; uncle, Chester Lane. According to Desmon’s wishes her body has been donated to the U of M to further research of her cancer. Memorial contributions may be made to “H.U.B.” Holy United Believers or Faith Hospice Trillium Woods.
