Marilyn L. Kwiatkowski, aged 80, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; parents, William and Helen Emaus; brothers William Emaus and Richard (Beverly) Emaus. She is survived by her children, Roseanne (Michael) Griffin of MS, Luanne (Erik) Knappen of GA, Sue (Michael) Russell of Ada, Mark (Heather) Kwiatkowski of Hudsonville; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Ken (Carol) Emaus, Jim (Patty) Emaus; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Patricia Emaus, Florentine Flowers, Stephen (Lucille) Kwiatkowski; and many nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Wednesday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 2750 Burton Street SE, Grand Rapids. Interment Floral View Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood on Tuesday from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm with a rosary to be held at 7 pm. Also at the church on Wednesday from 10-11 am prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Carmelite’s Monastery or Faith Hospice.
