Garrard, Shirley

GARRARD – Shirley Garrard, aged 78 of Grand Blanc passed away at home surrounded by family. After retirement she moved to Mesick and spent the last few years of her life in Kentwood and Middleville.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace and brother, Bud Blankinship. She is survived by her children, Bradley (Deborah) Keasler, Robert (Mary) Garrrard), Patricia (Bruce) Johnson, Kellie (Todd) Summerhays; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and sister, Linda Brawner. The family wishes to say a special “Thank You” to, Terry Tyler from Spectrum Health Hospice. A private memorial service for Shirley will be held at a later date.
