Breadhoff, Lisa Lynn

BREADHOFF:  Lisa Lynn Breadhoff, age 41, of Wyoming, passed away very unexpectedly on Friday, February 3, 2012.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Rillema and her father-in-law, Richard C. Breadhoff.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 21 years, Richard Breadhoff; daughters, Elizabeth Breadhoff and Emily Breadhoff; father, Jack Rillema; brothers, Ken Rillema, and Jacob and Bridgette Rillema; mother-in-law, Nancy Breadhoff.  According to her wishes cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be held Monday at 1:00 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 12 noon-1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to The National Kidney Foundation.
