"Donnie" and I went to school together. I lived two doors down to the east of him. Some fun things we did - We hitched hiked to Kalamazoo one afternoon just for a soda pop and to say that we did it. We used to go to the show (movies) all the time as kids.
We rode the bumpers of cars in the winter and played war in the near by woods in the summer... Real BB gun fights against those Kelloggsville kids. We played "skunk" and mooned over girls together. At our highschool commencement assembly it was noted that
he shaved with broken beer bottles... (Ha). I wish I could come by to say good bye to him - we were great pals back in the day, though we lost track of each other as time tends to do. Thanks for the great memories - he will live in mine. God bless... Ray Whittemore
