Baker, Anna Jean

BAKER:  Anna Jean (Wobma) Baker, age 84, of Allendale, passed from this life Saturday evening, January 21, 2012 to be reunited with her husband, Robert, in the arms of Jesus.  Anna worked at GVSU as an Administrative Assistant for 20 years before retiring to travel and camp.  She is survived by her children, Patricia Ann Baker, and Robert (Michelle) Baker; grandchildren, Nathan (Jacquie) Baker, Elaina Baker, Sarah (Aaron) Reichert, Jessie (Jason) Novakowski, Katherine Baker (fiancé Mike Olson), Jake Baker, Ben (Kristie) VanDyke, Ryan (Beth) VanDyke;  great-grandchildren, Savannah, Isaiah Baker; Nicolas, Trenton, Georgia Haga; Viviean Baker, Samantha Reichert; Elliot, Isabella, Cecilia Novakowski; Hunter Austin; Kayleb VanDyke; as well as her brothers and sisters-in-law, Betty (Joe) Mucha,  Dewey (Kay) Wobma; Sue Wobma; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday at 2nd Allendale Christian Reformed Church, 6950 Lake Michigan Drive, Allendale with Rev. Harold Veldman officiating.  Interment at Rosedale Memorial Park.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to 2nd Allendale Christian Reformed Church Building Fund.   Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf (corner of Avery and Scott) 6651 Scott St., Allendale.

God Bless your family. I found out about your mother at the GRKC meeting last night. I remember her kindness, vibrance and loving the Rotts.
