AUSTIN: On September 14, 2011 our beloved son Dominic James lost his fight with pulmonary vein stenosis. Although his time with us was short he lived life to the fullest. For a two and a half year old he touched many people’s hearts. We love you son and are so very proud of you. Dominic will be remembered by his loving parents, Brent and Marcy Austin; twin brother, Jackson; sister, Piper; grandparents, Garth and Linda Austin, Kathy Quick, John Quick; great grandparents, Martin and Barb Conrad; aunts and uncle, Teresa and Adam Howe (Veronica, Scott), Courtney Austin (Devin); many other loving family members and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr., with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Interment Georgetown Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Louis Hospital Lung Transplant Program/Children’s Hospital. We would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to our families for all their love and support during Dominic’s journey. We would also like to thank Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital and St. Louis Children’s Hospital for the wonderful care that was given to Dominic during his stay.Guestbook
